Standard Event (PK001) This is the package that gives you the minimum needed to get photos for that big event (under 100 people normally). Allows for up to 5 hours of photography. Including family and Wedding Party portraits. One venue only see "Single Venue" note below. $1,000.00
Golden Event (PK002) This is the package you need for that large scale event (ie a wedding for over 100 guests, etc). Allows for over 5 hours and up to 7 hours of photography. Including family and Wedding Party portraits. One venue only see "Single Venue" note below. $1500.00
Diamond Event (PK003) When no other event will be as GREAT as this, this is what you need. This includes everything you need to host an all out shin dig (usually over 300 people). Allows for over 7 hours and up to 10 hours of photography. Including family and Wedding Party portraits. One venue only see "Single Venue" note below. $2000.00
Portrait Sitting (PK004) If you need photos for your loved ones. One location only; restricted to an hour or less (not incl travel time). $150.00
Single Venue: single location OR multiple location(s) in an area that is easy for someone to go from one location to another in a reasonable amount of time without rushing or stressing (no driving). For example if there are two buildings on a single property that are close enough to allow a person to go from one to the other (photographers discretion) easily; then that would be considered one venue. If they are too far apart OR one must drive OR the terrain makes them difficult to reach in a timely fashion then it might be considered two venues and therefore require an additional venue charge (see AO010 far below) for each additional venue. If it is considered more then one venue the following applies. The time between venues will be charged at half time (e.g. 30min travel between venues takes 15min off your overall time allotted). If there is downtime between venues that is within one hour (meaning I go to second venue and sit waiting) that time will NOT be charged to you, anything over an hour downtime waiting WILL be charged. If you are unclear to the these charges, make sure you ask for (not automatic) an in person review of the location before paying. I use Google Maps to do initial location review; but I may request an in person review under certain circumstances. In all cases, if your time goes beyond the time allotted for the package you will be asked to pay for additional time (see AO008 far below).
Add Ons (do not see one here, ask!)
Single Portrait Add On (AO001) Adding on more printed (suitable for framing) enlargments based on COSTCO (via ShutterFly) print and enlargement rates. This price DOES not inlude picture adjusting (see AO007 below). Price dependant on COSTCO/Shutterfly plus $5.00
Slide Show (AO002) Slide show presentation (movie). You must chose the photos and provide any music you want added (copywrite issues). This price DOES not inlude picture adjusting (see AO007 below). $35
Photo Book (AO003) Photo books provided by COSTCO/Shutterfly. You must chose the photos and provide any copywritten art you want added (copywrite issues). This price DOES not inlude picture adjusting (see AO007 below). Price dependant on COSTCO/Shutterfly plus $5.00
Extra Master DVDs (AO004) Add an extra DVD for that special family member (copies of original). $5.00/dvd
Additional travel distance (AO005) Need me to travel further? I charge ONE WAY mileage for any distance (all stops before I return home) beyond 25 miles from 98375. Anything within 25 miles is mileage free (tolls and ferry charges are always charged to the customer). Use google maps to estimate distances (this is what I use). The exception being that IF there are multiple locations I charge ROUND TRIP mileage. Other additional expenses are charged beyond 100 miles (see below). per mile GSA private owned auto rate
Additional travel expenses (AO006) Need me to travel even further? My normal service is within 25 miles of Puyallup (98375) and up to 100 miles for a fee above. For service further then 100 miles from Puyallup I will require room/board/meals/per diem (example only; actual rate will be based on your city & year) costs added to invoice. Portrait Alterations (AO007) Altering images (e.g. making them more artistic, cleaning up cropping issues, etc). $25/hour

Portrait Sitting Extra Hours (AO009) For the portrait sitting (PK004) to add additional time to the sitting. $50.00
Additional Venue Charge (AO010) For me to go to any additional venues, this is a per venue charge. This is IN ADDITION to the mileage / tolls / other expenses above. $150.00

Discounts / Rules / Warranty:
  • Currently ALL Boeing Employees (client email confirmation from @boeing.com required), members of the armed services (reserve, retired or active), active first responders (law enforcement, fire fighters and paramedics) get 35% off package pricing (PKnnn). Proof of service with ID required for all non-Boeing discounts. Only one discount per group; cannot apply discounts on top of each other. The emergency responders must work for some form of the government (e.g. City or County paramedics), no private contractors.
  •  Active or Retired US Navy / US Coast Guard Chiefs get 50% off package pricing (PKnnn). Proof of service with ID required for this discount. Only one discount per group; cannot apply discounts on top of each other.
  • Use my event planner and get $$$: Anyone using my FREE event planner also gets 25% off any full package price. You pay the full price without discount and within 7-10 working days after the event date I evaluate the usage logs of the event planner I created and if it was used 'fully' then I will refund 25% of the main package price of your payment. You may NOT combine this discount with the above 35%/50% discounts!!
  • I still work a full time day job so I normally cannot photograph any event on weekdays or after 6pm Sunday. I must be back home by 6pm Sunday,
  • All packages require deposit of 25% (25% of full price including all add ons) at booking time. Remainder due at job completion before I leave final site location. Make your deposit OR pay in full using PayPal (please add 3.49% + 49cents for applicable fees) OR pay in cash OR Check. Arrange with me NO LATER THAN BOOKING TIME (earlier the better) when paying by Cash or Check.
  • You may get a full refund (minus credit card transaction fees if applicable) unless you are within 7 days of the event. After that 7th day prior to the day of the event there is is no refund of deposit provided. For example, if you pay a for an event scheduled on 7/17 and then cancel before 7/10 then you get a deposit refund; but if you cancel after 7/10 then no refund of deposit. If I show up to venue and get cancelled; then no refund at all; all fees (entire invoice) are due and payable before I depart.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I specifically reserve the right to choose not to come to a private residence. If service is refused, you will be told the reasons why and allow you to mitigate them if possible. Below are some possible reasons I may not come to a location:
    1. Illegal / illicit behavior
    2. Dangerous environment
    3. Distance too far
  • I assume no risk on standalone video filming since this is an unsupervised personal video camera and not professional video equipment with professional cameraman.
  • It is the responsibility of the person contracting my services to make sure everything is ready to go. I do not move furniture or set anything up (other then my own equipment).
  • Review and sign/return to me the appropriate release forms: Picture Release - Standard permission to allow me to display your photographs on my website; Model Release - only used in settings where the photos will be used for a modeling portfolio; Property Release - used whenever the property is privately owned by someone not related to the client. In a wedding, ownership by either the bride or grooms relatives is perfectly fine. Publically or privately owned venues used for events that are commonly photographed does NOT require this release. Be aware some venues require there own photo releases and I must abide by those rules!!
All packages above (PKnnn) include the following:
  • All packages require deposit of 25% (25% of the full price after all add ons) at booking time (see info above).
  • Unlimited pictures in the time frame!!
  • Up to 10 hours of photography (based on package choice).
  • Free access to my photo site to show off your pictures for 1 year. You can give access to others too!!!
  • One Master DVD which includes all your JPG images (raw camera data available upon request), still images in a slide show video (if requested) and your stationary video (if requested).
  • Reproduction Rights for all material.
  • One blow up (suitable for framing) of the image of your choice @ any size you want up to 16x20 (if I am not informed, I will provide the 16x20 of the photo I choose). This includes up to 2 hours of picture alterations.
  • 10% Referral bonus for any future customers (no limit on the time or number of times you can claim this). The bonus applies to the BASE pacakge price THEY PAID only not any other collected costs. So for example if you refer someone and they buy the Diamond package ($2000) you get $200 once the deal is completely done. If a referral is completed (paid in full) within 60 days of your event, your bonus will be 20%!!
  • May include drone footage of location; significant FAA restrictions may apply; for example I cannot fly a drone near certain government buildings like a jail, courthouse, etc
Prices above DO NOT include the following:
  • Gas outside the 25 mile radius.
  • Extra photographers (single owner buisiness).
  • Tolls for roads, bridges, ferries, etc. If I have to pay a toll of any kind those charges are added to your invoice.
  • Payment transactional fees (e.g. PayPal).
